[ July 29, 1998 ] BACK ASSOCIATES ACQUIRES THE AIRCRAFT APPRAISAL AND TECHNICAL SERVICES BUSINESS FROM AVSOLUTIONS, INC. BACK Associates, Inc., New Haven, CT acquired the aircraft appraisal and technical services business (for the commercial and corporate aircraft market) from AvSolutions, on July 17th, 1998. The new company, AvSolutions, Inc., will maintain the existing management and staff and continue to provide high quality services to the aviation industry. AvSolutions, Inc., based in Washington, D.C., provides a comprehensive range of financial, technical and operational services to the commercial and corporate aviation community. These services include, but are not limited to: appraisal service, technical monitoring, lease-end service, asset recovery, asset validation, safety & regulatory compliance, air carrier startup, and much more. BACK Associates is a privately held U.S. Corporation offering both information and management services to the worldwide aviation industry. BACK serves a diverse clientele in every major segment of the aviation community including airlines, aircraft manufacturers, government agencies, airports, consultants, investment and financial analysts, publishers, law firms, hotels, rental car companies and others.
